Returns & Cancellations
We are dedicated and committed to providing you with the best customer
service possible. Your satisfaction is our number one priority.
If you are not happy we are not happy. If you are not satisfied
with your purchase follow these steps in order to qualify for a
credit. Please contact us by email within 5 days of receiving your
item.
Please return the items with delivery confirmation. We pay for
return delivery if we made an error or your item arrived damaged.
Makeup that has not been opened and is in perfect condition will
be refunded at 90%, there is a 10% restocking fee. Camera Ready
will issue a coupon credit on your next purchase; Sorry, we do
not give credit card or Pay Pal refunds.
Makeup that has been opened and/or touched is only refundable
at 50% within 5 days of purchase. You will receive a coupon credit
towards your next purchase. Camera Ready Cosmetics does not offer
monetary refunds of any kind.
We do not accept returns on samples.
Put your invoice number on the outside and inside of
your package, pack item well.

- Keep the original packing since you will need it in order
to return the item. If we made a mistake and sent you an incorrect
item, we will promptly exchange your item and deduct any return
shipping expenses you occur from your account. We will not charge
you restocking fees on exchanges if you did not receive what
you ordered.
- The item must arrive in the same condition as it was sent
to you in order to receive a refund or exchange. A 10% restocking
fee will apply on all returns that are not exchanges; this will
be deducted from your refund. Shipping charges are non refundable.
You will be refunded with store credit at 90% of the purchase
price not including shipping charges.
- As of February 1, 2011 we will now allow returns on items
that have been slightly used as long as the return is made within
5 days of its receipt. The buyer will receive a 50% credit on
the product they have returned. Example: You buy a foundation
for $20.00 and use it one day to find out you do not like it.
You may return it and you will receive a coupon credit for 10.00
off of your next order. The buyer pays to have the product returned
to CRC and this is non-refundable.
- For domestic US orders, when a credit for a returned item
reduces the total of your original order to less than $60.00
we will deduct shipment charges of $5.90 from your credit as
the total of your order is lower than the amount which will
give you free shipping and you will be responsible for return
shipping fees. Free shipping on your original order only applies
if the total of your order after deducting the item to be refunded
remains over $60.00.
- If a package is returned to us because you have refused delivery
or because you changed your mind for any reason, we will refund
your account with a credit towards future purchases; all actual
shipping charges we incurred will be deducted before your credit
is issued. Shipping charges are not refundable unless we made
a mistake. You will also be charged a 10% restocking fee on
your order total.
